Birth Center Birth Package
Included: 2 prenatal visits (1 virtual + 1 in-person), virtual coffee at any point in pregnancy, continuous labor support in active labor at home and at the birth center, on-call support, 1 in home postpartum visit, 6 weeks of virtual postpartum support, an experienced doula at birth centers with knowledge of movement and breath to encourage your body to open; whilst encouraging oxytocin boosting ambiance and togetherness with your partner and birth team. Utilizes tools to support intuitive coping strategies and movements. Nurtures the body through massage and breath, keeping you at ease while bringing your baby into the world.

Homebirth Birth Package
Included: 2 prenatal visits (1 virtual + 1 in-person), virtual coffee at any point in pregnancy, continuous labor support at home during active labor, on-call support, 1 in home postpartum visit, 6 weeks of virtual postpartum support, an experienced home birth doula knowing when to come and also assisting in when to call the midwife. Experienced in body physiology and knowing when to encourage rest or movement in addition to supporting encouraging positions to open the pelvis in order to have an easier labor experience. Nurtures the body through massage and breath, keeping you at ease while bringing your baby into the world

Hospital Birth Package
Included: 2 prenatal visits (1 virtual + 1 in-person), virtual coffee at any point in pregnancy, continuous labor support in active labor at home and at the hospital, on-call support, 1 in home postpartum visit. 6 weeks of virtual postpartum support, experienced with hospital births to support the desires and requests of the family. Will explain options, advocate for the family, and create space in order to make the best choice. Utilizes tools to support intuitive coping strategies and movements. Supportive of all hospital birth experiences including unmedicated, planned epidurals, high-risk births, and planned c-sections.
